On May the 28th I contacted NPR Roofing and scheduled a siding repair job for August the 7th. I talked to Tim Miller and Nestor Monteil and they said they would do the job. I messaged them again a week ago and they said that they would be here on August 7th. Today is August the 7th and it’s after one pm they are still a no show. I called all the phone numbers that I have for them, about 10 times so far, and I got one person to answer the first time I called the office and he said, with a heavy Spanish accent, that he would check into it and call me right back. Still no reply. I got the NPR office phone about 9 am. After that no answer. The last time I called I think they ended the call before I could leave a message. I think that they could at least tell me what’s going on. I am going to pay for the work out of my own pocket, I do have the money for that, so I could just go to the bank and get the cash money if need be! The money is sitting in the bank waiting on NPR to do the job. So far the actions that they have taken are very unprofessional and not necessary! If they don’t want to do the job they could just say so and I would find someone more professional to do the job. Unreliable is the wrong way to run a Professional Construction Company.
